Pros
The employees doing the day-to-day work are talented, capable, and doing their best in a difficult environment. There are also opportunities to build strong technical skills if you’re self-directed.
Cons
Leadership has created a culture where employee feedback is easy to ignore and HR is not a resource employees can trust. When serious workplace issues came up, HR responses often felt unstructured and ineffective, making it difficult to believe concerns would lead to meaningful resolution. Over time, I watched strong employees become disengaged or leave after realizing nothing was going to change. I also did not see evidence of a consistent commitment to a modern, inclusive workplace culture, and that disconnect is reflected in retention and morale. If you’re looking for a place where employee voice drives change, this is not it.
