Pros
There is real, meaningful progress happening at Wedgewood Chandler. Leadership has introduced a Career Pathing Program that gives employees a clear framework for growth defined role levels, qualification criteria, and individualized development planning. It takes the guesswork out of advancement and gives people something concrete to work toward.
Scheduling has also improved significantly. The move to a structured, rotating overtime schedule means employees now have advance visibility into when their overtime falls, making it much easier to plan personal time around work commitments. It reflects a genuine effort to build a healthier balance between operational needs and employee wellbeing.
This is a team that is moving in the right direction, and it shows.
Cons
Like any organization in transition, some legacy challenges around workload and communication are still being worked through. Change takes time, and not every process has caught up to the new direction yet. But the trajectory is clearly positive.
