Pros
Depending on the department and manager, Wedbush can be a very pleasant palce to work. They have what appears to be a very strict and uptight environment, but the ppl are very friendly and easy going.
Cons
Not much upword mobilty, training is minimal and with out structure. Upper management mico-manages task and does not allow for progression, very tight and/or late with reviews and raises.
