I feel like Webstore Group brings the best of both worlds, offering incredible benefits that you’d expect from a big corp as well as a personal, warm company culture that makes you feel motivated and valued as an employee. From day 1, I could tell my manager genuinely cared about my success, and my coworkers were helpful and welcoming. Unlike other companies where I’ve been micro-managed and stressed about work every day, I am actually excited to get started on my projects. I’ve been encouraged to ask questions and provide suggestions, which really makes me feel vested and even more motivated to work hard and know I’ll be rewarded for doing so. It’s an ideal place to work if you are eager to learn and grow, with many opportunities for advancement.

Like any growing company, you sometimes have to switch gears quickly and wear different hats, but I’ve personally seen this as a great way to pick up new skills, so not really a con to me but can be for others.
