Not single good reason to work here. We work for money, for free life balance, for job satisfaction, for safe future. I am sure you will never get above things here. Very less money (fake appraisal process), No life balance as one should work for at-least 13 hours a day & if required over night as well as week end working with no extra pay or comp. off, yes off-course you will not get the safe future here.
Cons
BA people - Most moron people i have ever seen working happily here in this company. only few BA's are exception but rest will follow the above sentence. Stupid peoples like BA in this company is nothing but the wastage of money, instead of having BA management should increase the pay to normal or Sr. employee. Management - What do i need to say about it, who is pretending to be blind, biased & politically oriented. I feel pity on management. Its simple rule to justify my sentence, in last 8 months the resignation count was around 15 people. I think this count is sufficient to define the management here. -- NO LIFE BALANCE, EXTRA HOUR WORKING, 13 TO 14 HOURS OF WORKING, SATURDAY/ SUNDAY WORKING, OVER NIGHT WORKING IS A PART OF NORMAL ROUTINE HERE. IF SOMEONE IS GOING RIGHT AT TIME IT MEANS HE/SHE IS NOT WORKING AT ALL.
