Thank you for sharing your feedback, we take every review seriously. As our company grows and changes, so too does our corporate culture, and I agree that we have not done a good enough job in the past communicating through the changes.
However, we do not put up "fake reviews". Reviews are submitted by past or present employees and independently verified by Glassdoor itself. We do not monetize review writing, and we do not ask employees to submit positive reviews on behalf of the company. We agree with you that our current employees are the best measure of who we are!

Cons
Employee Feedback Process: The employee NPS surveys were intended to capture honest feedback, but the process lacked anonymity. Leadership's approach, which included personally asking employees to complete the survey, created a sense of discomfort and discouraged open, candid responses.
Changing Directives and Lack of Strategic Clarity: The CEO's constant shifts in strategy made it difficult to plan marketing campaigns effectively. A clear and consistent strategic direction is crucial for team success. Instances of mandated messaging changes from "Total accounting solution" to "sync multichannel orders" to other specific directions within a short time span fueled this inconsistency.
Handling of Workforce Changes: Instead of exploring ways to retool or reassign staff, the company almost always let people go without much consideration of alternative solutions. This approach impacts team morale and creates uncertainty among employees.
Product Knowledge and Communication: There was significant confusion about the product's capabilities and features. This lack of clarity led to messages that did not align with the product's actual functionality, causing issues for customers and staff.
Leadership Interaction and Employee Engagement: The CEO's communication style often felt one-sided, focusing more on lecturing than listening. This made employees hesitant to engage with leadership, limiting constructive dialogue and feedback.
Goal Setting and Planning: The company's goal-setting process was frequently delayed, affecting the planning process at every level. Without clear goals at the start of each quarter, it was difficult for departments and individuals to align their efforts, impacting overall productivity and bonus structures.
