- I've been the recipient of and witnessed way too much bullying, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. And the victims tend to be penalized, not the perpetrators.

- No accountability for underperforming or toxic teams
- So much work in siloes — Not enough cross-functional alignment
- Missing the mark on product development in so many ways. Not delivering what customers need and want.
- Ignoring so many major product problems — DevLink, Logic, and Memberships DESPERATELY need to be addressed. But instead, we're more interested in flashy new toys than solving problems we ourselves created. Again, lack of accountability.
- All of our educational content is out of date — customers have to rely on outside sources to learn Webflow, and there is conflicting information among outside sources. Would be great for customers to have a reliable knowledge base or learning center that customer-facing teams could point customers to.
