Feedback - Software Developer Webdunia (India) Employee Review

I was trying as a freelance writer and had requested for the option available with their company at their Chennai office. The HR person is quiet clear on the positions they can offer. Honest about the company's policies and procedures in terms of freelance or full time or part time jobs available with them and their pay scale. Polite in replying to all my intrusive questions. Company is friendly, knowledge sharing and try to accommodate job seeker based on their skills and talent. It does not matter if you get selected or not in this company they acknowledge human values and give a proper reply. I was so delighted about my experience with the company HR and hence this review.

As long as you complete your job functions properly there is nothing negative to talk about.

1) So much work pressure , Minimum working hour is 10-11 our , and maximum 18-19 hours a day. 2) Management is very bad 3) politics
