      Pros

      Exciting projects, a good responsible team. Overall, Webcor teams are mature, communicative and responsive. Friendly and fairly grounded people.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities to network and mindle post-work. Although people may not come to events initally, it good to host those once in a while.

      Pros

      Learned a lot in my short time there in the summer and enjoyed everyone I worked with. Got taken out to lunch like 2-3 times a week and had a lot of intern bonding events paid for by the company.

      Cons

      Didn’t always have work to do because everyone there is super busy. Some PMs and supers made inappropriate “jokes” at work (which I expect in construction but still not very professional).
