I don't know about other locations, but The Woodlands location has people who engage with one another like family. The C-suite doesn't look down on the "workers." They embrace them. Talk to them like people and are warm and welcoming. The company encourages their employees to learn and grow. They WANT their employees to become better versions of themselves. No one is blocking your path up the ladder. They light it up so you can follow a path to your own growth.
