Pros

Please. Better to stay at home jobless than to work at this place.

Cons

We were asked to give our "GENUINE" review of the company right before our "APPRAISALS". That's why people have written such great things about the company. - 6 day working. They want you stay here late night even if there is no work. - No leave and as mentioned before they will deduct the salary if you are even 15 mins late - Constantly wants you to switch your domain so they don't have to hire new people. - People in training are not paid any stipend and are constantly harrased so they quit there job before the training period ends. - Location is right above the pizza hut and I have seen HR woman going to Pizza Hut washroom rather than the one in office.

Pros

Working here as a Senior Software Developer has been a steady experience overall. The company follows a structured approach towards work, with clearly defined processes and expectations, which helps in maintaining consistency in project delivery. One of the key positives is job stability. In the current market scenario where layoffs are quite common, the organization ensures continuity of work and keeps teams engaged. This creates a sense of security, especially for experienced professionals. From a technical perspective, you get opportunities to handle responsibilities across different areas of development. This helps in strengthening problem-solving skills and gaining practical exposure. The environment encourages accountability, and there is regular follow-up on tasks, which ensures that deadlines are met. Management is actively involved, and decisions are generally quick, which avoids unnecessary delays in execution. The leadership, including the CEO, has good domain knowledge and a clear vision, which reflects in overall business direction.

Cons

Deadlines come in so quickly, it feels like powerplay never ends here 😆
