You can able to learn lot of things,but you can't learn anything because there is no opportunity and time to learn.

Cons

One of the best worst management is here in webmobi No respect and value for any employee. Simply they need work to be done. Everytime making fake promises to employee and client. CEO doesn't anything about a particular work. Simply assigning irrelevant work to irrelevant employee and that work should be done by that particular employee only. No Management skills at all. They say they areone of the fortune 500 company but even they don't have computer systems if a new joinee comes and Don't ask about there company location, if you see there building then you can easily get to know how big the company is LoL The positive reviews written by the management itself.

We are a startup and based on the customer feedback / reviews we are doing very good. We like to try and keep doing our best for products / services. We work hard and try new things and learn from success/ failures. We also give full freedom to our employees so they are able to innovate and learn. Some of them are not fit to work in startup culture and are frankly not a fit. Sometimes they also misrepresent their skills during initial conversations and not able to execute and then start blaming company / culture etc. People who do well take lead and innovate as well as take ownership of the work they are assigned.
