      Pros

      4 day work weeks helped with work life balance

      Cons

      Upper management, especially the president of the company are the single worst leaders I have ever dealt with. The company is being run into the ground with no resources. Anytime pennies can be punched they will do it. Very poor morale and no respect from upper management. Compensation is very poor. The grass is much much greener on the other side this go around. Didn’t stay long, wasn’t worth my energy.

      Pros

      Loved this job and everyone there, great team doing huge scale distribution with limited resources and people. Outreach, Production, Sales, Tech, etc worked seamlessly with one another to get our product to our audience.

      Cons

      Late hours, breaking weather news = dramatically longer shifts.

      Lots of air time, so able to grow very quickly. People you work with are great.

      Upper management is terrible and doesn't care about employees at all.
