      Good mentoring Creative approach to crafting sales opportunities Commitment to product & market Decent benefits

      Very much a Top down approach to management, whatever the King wants.....halts creativity and risk taking. Slow opportunities to escalate the corporate ladder. Minimal raises. Politics and favoritism
