Wealthbox is a fast-growing company and a great place to work. The CEO and CTO truly care about each individual, welcome creativity, and lead by example. The culture here is the best I've ever worked for and all of my colleague’s are passionate and love what they do. Onboarding and training are great and really help new employees get started and familiar with the product. It is very clear that you are an asset and your growth is beneficial to yourself and the company. The President/CFO is very involved in day to day operations and has been an integral part of my growth professional and personally. My direct manager has built a stellar team and is always available and will dedicate time to helping you if needed. -Great compensation, benefits, and company events (In person and remote) -Regular communication, they listen to and considers new ideas, and continually encourage growth, both personally and professionally -Management understands work-life balance and actually respects that -You get to work and interact with top managers in multiple departments This is a place you can call home, many employees have been here a long time which helps to create avenues to success for others
