      Pros

      the job itself was fun. SAM-i is easy to learn and use.good scope for promotion

      Cons

      management was toxic and poor. CEO would make you have meetings during lunch and call it your 'lunch', and never open to feedback, it was her way or the highway. redundancies. cant discuss the things that could be improved with the product unless in a private 121 with your manager.

      Pros

      You will never be bored. Always something new, challenging, and exciting. Always a lot of learning and the goal of the platform is huge, which always keeps you motivated. CEO is a visionary and works crazy hours which inspires everybody here.

      Cons

      This is not a company for everyone. Everybody here is a hard worker and a doer. Long hours, no such a thing as 'it's not my responsibility', or 'I won't do it'. Whenever somebody who doesn't have the same mentality joins - they bring a lot of negativity.
