Pros

Loved working with every single person here at Waymark. They seriously are a big welcoming family. While it was very easy to chat and have a good time here, everyone really pulls their weight and gets work done too!

Cons

The only downside is that you don't have an office in Austin!

Pros

Each person I've collaborated with/learned from has had an excellent work ethic, allowing me to feel more comfortable and confident in my role. I am able to work cross-functionally and get the same level of enthusiasm across teams. Management nurtures growth opportunities, both from a professional standpoint and encouraging personal development. Company culture is a standout. There is a genuine sense of enjoyment that accompanies the work, and absolute respect for boundaries. Work-life balance is a priority, and leadership practices what they preach. The support to take time where needed and find balance is extraordinary.

Cons

As with any growing startup, this is a fast-paced environment with a team that is geared towards moving swiftly and adapting to new challenges. This is not for the weak of heart, or those looking to coast.

Pros

Waymark as a good pulse on what people need and aren't afraid to ask If its not defined. Don't think I expected this much freedom to share ideas, feedback, and evolve. Growth is an understatement here, as Waymark puts you in the driver's seat on where you want to go. Also the teams are REALLY kind and light hearted. The managers are ready to hear your ideas and teammates are always down for a quick connect on anything. Support is equally distributed and everyone takes the initiative to uplift others when they can.

Cons

With the development of advancing technology and growing client relationships, there is so much information to absorb which can feel like a blessing and a curse most of the time. And with it comes the mountains of documentation for it or individual process that aren't fully on the page but instead passed down from person to person. So having a handle on everything you need to know can be quite a challenge.
