      Pros

      Sales summits and all-hands meetings are both fun and incredibly productive. There was no egos and I felt like everybody was really putting their best work. Also, one of the best software engineers I worked with are at Wayin.

      Lack of a truly global approach.

      Pros

      When I walked in, I saw one of the founders wearing a fish themed belt, so I knew I was with a bunch of winners and I was...wrong.

      Cons

      They bought a pingpong table when I was there, but you weren't allowed to use it.
