Pros
> Open culture- encouraged to connect with people across the organization > Reasonably open to remote work based on the department > Benefits (especially if you are in Boston)
Cons
> "Ambiguity" is their work for chaos! > Tons of duplicative work going on ... you can literally be working on a project end to end to submit to your skip level manager, and when taken to the Directors, realize another group has been working on it so your input is literally thrown away > HUGE separation of "corporate" and "field", one side does not help the other > Collaboration and teamwork are only available if the other side has something to gain by collaborating with you > Extremely young company in terms of average employee tenure, makes it really difficult to get traction on work, and forget about historical context > Data drive??? Why can nothing outside of consumer tech be measured?
