Pros
i guess free snacks at the office
Cons
everything about the company. if you look historically, wayfair overhired during the covid boom because it's a glorified dropshipping store that happened to go global because it started and scaled before most people were into dropshipping. once they realized they couldn't keep up with their covid traffic, they fired 90% of their middle management (this is true, google it), and replaced it with cheap college grad labor. - terrible entry level pay - terrible benefits - rude managers that bully you - corporate BS - high turnover - probably the worst place to start your career If you try to switch teams internally, they'll tank your internal review rating so you're unable to, because they're so understaffed with competent people. They expect you to do jobs other than what you were hired for, then get mad at you when you don't know to do it. Losing 90% of your stock price since 2021 is justified.
