Pros
- A few capable people doing what they can under constant pressure. - Exposure to SMS platform operations for those early in tech. - Working in such a toxic environment can be eye-opening—you'll learn exactly what not to tolerate in any future job. This place is a crash course in workplace malpractice.
Cons
No real diversity - Despite claiming to be international, the workforce is almost entirely based in India, where US/EU labor standards and protections don’t apply. Extremely invasive monitoring - The company uses surveillance software that takes screenshots of your computer every 5 minutes. If the mouse doesn’t move, tracking stops. You’ll be forced to explain any “idle” time and risk salary deductions if the tracked time is below 8 hours. Fake promises around compensation: - New employees are often told they’ll be “re-evaluated” for a raise after a short period, but this never materializes. The expectation is set, only to be ignored. - Salaries are below market and always paid late. Toxic, centralized leadership: - The CEO personally controls every department, overrides decisions, and breeds a culture of fear and mistrust. - Feedback is often aggressive, erratic, and used to avoid fulfilling prior commitments. Privacy and compliance issues: - There’s no meaningful adherence to GDPR or data protection practices. Product integrity is lacking: - Apart from the basic SMS platform, all other tools and “solutions” are either poorly copied or don’t work at all.
