Pros
Love working with a team of people who actually care about the difference they are making in the world. Everyone from product, development, marketing to finance all have a passion for our vision which is so cool to be a part of. It's also awesome to be working on the North Shore with parking available. I enjoy the flexible working culture in that you are trusted to deliver in your job, but your life is also important to fit into that. Plenty of opportunity for growth if you have the drive to make it happen. Communication and support during for COVID was really good which made me feel valued as a person, not just a worker.
Cons
We have some huge goals which means the pace is fast - but for the right sort of person its exciting to be part of.
