There's a very toxic undercurrent amongst staff relating to the treatment of customers and staff, and the general management of the company. The projection of Autogrow's values are just at complete odds with how the company considers internal and external stakeholders.
There's a major disconnect between what Autogrow wants to be and what it currently is - this creates poor customer experiences and a tension between customer-facing and internal teams.
Very limited management and very little transparency around direction. There is no documentation of process and extremely limited communication between core departments (product to customer-facing teams) which makes customer/partner relationships difficult to maintain (resulting in churn) and new technology impossible to sell.
I genuinely pity people who get the wonderful spiel about changing the world of food production, feeding the world etc only to realise that they've been oversold to.
A very disappointing experience.
