Pace is fast. If you’re not self‑driven, it can feel demanding. Growth brings change. Priorities shift; you have to embrace it. Retail hours. Early mornings/holidays happen—comes with the territory.

Pros

As a supervisor you can control the work environment to the best of your ability to make the store a great place to be for customers/coworkers. Pay is at a decent starting level for the position.

Cons

Basic Associates only accrue PTO creating issues with Work/Life balance unless you've made it a long time without needing to take a day. Attendance Point System is unforgiving without readily available PTO. As management differs between stores experiences may vary.
