Because it is a small scale company, helps you learn things right from the hardware design to the software development. The in house development of both hardware and software makes the projects really interesting.
Cons
Do not expect good pay even you do good work. Poor coordination between the managers and the company President. Be prepared to spend long nights at the project delivery times.
