Management is effective and approachable, coworkers are talented and work hard, excellent environment and company atmosphere

Pay was too low and not right for my experience level. At times, workload was too light and I felt stuck but my surrounding team coworkers were each so busy they couldn't train me to even take over anything to help them. Training was a bit "throw you into the fire" style but works out for most.

Owners are good people and 90% of employees are hard workers who were a pleasure to work with.

President and HR/Finance leadership roles are in desperate need of "Undercover Boss" training and people skill training. Their lack of professionalism and negative condescending treatment of hardworking employees is ruining what was once a great company to work for. I hope the owners soon realize the individuals they trusted and hired to grow and provide strength to their company are doing exactly the opposite.
