It is a good place to start, because you can make mistakes and you can learn with your teammates.
Cons
- the management is terrible, the commercials sell wonderful things to the clients but forget that there aren’t enough developers to do what is promised specially considering how most projects are delayed; - there are no goals for the developers growth (books or courses); - the company says you can buy a phone throght it, but when you ask for it, they diny it; - the salary is terrible and they bearly do any raises even when they say they are enjoying your work;
