Pros

Sometimes, it's just hilarious how bad things are. It makes you laugh. A free lunch once in a blue moon... Usually only when someone leaves. Became a lot more frequent over the past 2 years as the pandemic made people reassess why on earth they'd spend time at a company that provided little in terms of growth and development and couldn't give a hoot about there mental health and well being when times got tough for everyone. A €50 one for all voucher at Christmas. (don't spend it all at once now!) Very little positive to say about it. Colleagues and employees were all sound. But management, working conditions and benefits need big improvements.

Cons

Poor communication. Top down decision making is resulting in poor strategic direction in many areas, and is wasting the talent of employees in the lower ranks of the company, preventing any chance of growth, development and actualisation. The CEO needs to change how he operates and treats people massively. I know it's not a huge company, but it's extremely stingy. It needs to be more generous with employee recognition and benefits. 'Thank you' once a quarter at the Town halls doesn't cut it.

Pros

Supportive colleagues from different countries created a welcoming and collaborative working environment. The team was approachable and willing to help when questions arose. The company provided guidance and training to help new starters get up to speed, although some instructions evolved as the project progressed. I gained valuable experience in document quality, consistency and compliance while working with a professional team. Although the work could be demanding at times, the overall atmosphere was positive and encouraging. The salary and benefits were competitive for an entry-level role in Ireland and provided a good starting point for building industry experience.

Cons

The work can be fast-paced, and project requirements or document standards may change as projects develop. Clearer and more consistent documentation of updates would make it even easier for new team members to adapt.

Pros

A fantastic team and a genuinely diverse, multicultural workplace. Everyone was fair, respectful, and supportive. The team leaders were excellent, and the healthy competition with prizes created a great sense of achievement and kept everyone motivated.

Cons

Really can’t think of any. We were hired for a set project over a set time period and once finished. That was it. As expected.
