      Politics are heavily involved in the workspace. Toxic environment. Culture looks cool as a first impression but once you're there you will notice that it is just fake "cool" culture.

      Pros

      Really is like a family. People take care of each other, and we pull together to get stuff done for our customers and colleagues.

      Cons

      The downside of that family vibe is that sometimes we ask too much of ourselves for too long. We overstretch so that we don’t drop the ball, when really what we need is not heroism, but better organization and maybe more staff.
