Great people, bad management - Administrative Wave Design Group Employee Review

Late paychecks, medical premiums taken out of employees check but then never paid in causing lapses in health care. 401k money taken out but never contributed. But the bosses daughter had a lovely expensive wedding that felt it was all off our dime. The owner spends money like crazy. He is a nice guy but should never own his own business.
