      Great people, family culture, new challenges every day, building world-class heavy equipment that customers love

      Watson has a great family culture, but this same culture is also a detriment. Some folks are more family than others, which leads to mistrust at some management levels.

      Pros

      Good, stable company. People here are mostly pleasant and helpful. Flexible, informal environment. Management is very approachable. Pay is competitive. Benefits are decent and improving.

      Cons

      Lack of structure. Lack of execution because objectives and goals change suddenly. Need to improve company wide communications so everyone works together to propel the company's success. Limited opportunities for advancement.
