Pros

Endless Meetings: You thought you could get some actual work done? Nah, let’s have a meeting to discuss a meeting about the meeting we already had. That’s where all the progress happens! Job Security (Sort of): Don’t worry about promotions or raises; just be happy that you’re still here—today. Tomorrow's a mystery, but it's all part of the charm! Unlimited Growth Potential: There’s no cap on how much more work you can take on! You can always push yourself to the limit, no matter how impossible the task seems. Growth isn’t about rewards—it’s about endurance. The Art of "No Praise": We’ll keep you humble by never recognizing your hard work. You’ll never get too comfortable, but hey, that’s the real reward, right? Toxic Productivity: Why settle for balance when you can work yourself to exhaustion? If you’re not working 24/7, are you even really trying? Constant Change (and Chaos): Who doesn’t love a good surprise? Plans change daily, expectations shift in real-time, and the only constant is that you’ll never have a clear idea of what’s going on. Keeps you on your toes!

Cons

My experience with management has been incredibly frustrating. Feedback is often given in a condescending manner, and constructive criticism feels more like criticism for the sake of criticism. Rather than being supportive, management is quick to point fingers and deflect responsibility, making it feel like the entire team is constantly under fire. There is a noticeable lack of transparency, and decisions are made behind closed doors, only to be announced at the last minute with little regard for how it impacts the employees. Deadlines are unrealistic, and when employees are overburdened, there is no recognition or appreciation for the extra effort. Instead, the focus is entirely on what went wrong, with no space for discussing what was done well. It’s clear that leadership doesn’t value work-life balance, and there's an overwhelming sense that employees are replaceable. The toxic culture discourages open communication and ideas because of the fear of being reprimanded. It’s exhausting working under a management style that prioritizes control and blame over growth and collaboration. This experience has left me feeling disrespected, unmotivated, and burned out.

Pros

Work hard and you'll enjoy the rewards. Work ethic and the dedication to achieve a common goal are noticed and valued by higher management.

Cons

Site's are often under staffed, meaning those on the ground are expected to do more to cover the gap.
