      Had a great learning , transperent working culture couple of years back.

      Cons

      Change in Indian top Management 3 years back. Horrible culture , poor pay hikes, poor remuneration, Horrible work life balance. Due to this , high attrition rate.

      Pros

      good team culture, ability to grow and focus on my professional goals, so far good life balance! I came with the BD transition and have been happy so far. It might be my team, as I feel incredibly supported.

      Cons

      Seems like not much transparency in things and clouds over our heads a lot of the time. A lot of anxiety about the future of the company and its employees
