Pros
Upper management gives lip service to appreciating employees, but they don't back it up with actions.
Cons
Lousy medical benefits and too much out of pocket expense. No general PTO days - vacation and sick days. If you are never sick, the sick days are wasted. How about getting into the 21st century and offering PTO? Too much is expected and not enough is appreciated.
