      Not a good place to work for women or introverts. Can be a toxic culture. Need to be fully on board with everything about the church

      Pros

      The people are incredible. The culture is great. Lots of freedom giving and mentoring, training is encouraged.

      Cons

      Not really any I can think of. It's pretty big so it can take a while to feel acclimated.
