Cons
The recent push for more in-office time within the Programme Delivery and Risk and Assurance teams has, unfortunately, prompted some highly skilled and talented people, with valuable institutional knowledge from their time in other departments, to decide to leave the company. There have been instances where people in the same role, with similar levels of experience, are on different pay bands—a surprising situation, especially when budget allows for fair compensation. It’s puzzling why some team members aren’t compensated equitably, seemingly due only to a manager’s arbitrary rationale. A consistent, transparent approach would ensure fairness and reinforce morale across the team.
