Great benefits, good time off. A few people who work here are gems. There are a few efforts being made to change.

Upper management tries to encourage change and new processes, but don't actually support them. Overworked staff, and shortsighted management. Extremely dysfunctional work environment, expectations are not well communicated, and coworkers aren't supportive. Departments do not work well together, and consistently try to railroad each other. Poor compensation.
