Pros
We pushed the technical boundary and were conssidered the number one company for aquatics. We improved performance through training and networking all tools.They always at the forefront of all Software. We tried to implement standards and procedures in writing to advance the industry and the company into the future. They work on both small scale and large scale projects for both indoor and outdoor facilities. We dealt with all facets of completed construction documentation. This included civil, architectual, landscape, structural, landscape, ,mechanical, electrical, plumbing and special facets. To work to this end, we included all of these facets into our drawings for coordination purposes.
Cons
The fact of not knowing what is coming next. We were always under the gun to gather the information needed and incorporate that into the drawings. We were required to not only help manage the project managers and designers but also our own workloads. We standardized the procedures but with new programs come new problems with no time to work them out. We were unable to work through some of these problems because of a lack of hardware. Individual dynamics or preferences were often the rule instead of the exception. This made getting the job done often near impossible to get done without someone's feelings getting hurt.
