Great Team Culture: Inclusive and fun place to work. Lots of entertaining company events and volunteer opportunities outside of work. Flexible Working Hours: Depending on your role and position in the company you are able to wfh and adjust your hours on some days as long as you are getting your work done. Leadership: Upper Leadership genuinely cares about employee well-being and the company places a focus on bottom up leadership which I've witnessed firsthand.

Inconsistent Management: Some managers are world class leaders, but others may be a bit more junior in their managing skills and conduct. Professional Development: I wish the company offered more professional development opportunities. Burnout: Do to the rapid growth of the company you may experience periods of increased workload and could become overwhelmed if you don't prioritize time management.
