-education award at the end -if your service site location is good you can learn a lot -a good way to gain experience
Cons
-very low pay -extremely demanding requirement for hours served during the term. If you ever get sick it's unnecessarily stressful due to missed hours. No real-time off allowed. -somewhat toxic and exploitative culture
