Pros
The hours are great, Monday -Friday from 8-4:30. Insurance isn't horrible. Pension is good and you don't have to deal with rush hour traffic.
Cons
No work/family balance. You are given 3 child sick days per year but if you use them (even if you take no other sick time for yourself), you get talked to about your attendance policy.
