Pros
The level of training that is received is very good. It is intense, thorough and balanced. The vice presidents of the bank are extremely solid and would make great presidents. They are knowledgeable and somewhat humble.
Cons
For such a small bank, the politics that are involved is astronomical. The community is a difficult community to come in to. They still maintain a small community mindset, so they are very opposed to the newcomers that are coming in. My favorite quote is, " You know you made it in this town when you are able to sit at a certain table in the coffee shop"
