Had some fun - Warehouse Manager Warwick Employee Review

-Some nice instruments. -A couple nice coworkers.

I have never done a review before about a previous job, but this time I really think this is important to put out there. Honest seen cons from my perspective, which is shared by many other's who worked there as well. -Upper Management, completely overworked, worst information flow I have seen in my entire job life, very unprofessional, questions are seen as problems, not able to communicate with normal manners. No motivation or professional leadership nor grammatical correct emails. -Atmosphere, since my whole time there plenty people have been fired and left. Backstabbing and working behind other's back is a daily thing, even though there are less then 10 employees. Very bad language if things don't go as planned or you simply don't act as expected. -Benefits, NONE. -Teamwork, beginnings there was a nice atmosphere, but this changed quick due to all the changes. Personally I didn't see much of an honest team environment. -Environmental Awareness, Faked. -Equal Rights, None.

No pros, everything is negative.

Disorganized, chaotic, toxic psychopath bosses, bosses yell at employees, unfair punishment, they do not pay sick days, obligate sick employees to work. This place is a joke.
