      Pros

      Big reputation, big organisation and great trust between all levels of staffs. A still growing company with huge possibilities.

      Cons

      Salary wise not very scalable with job responsibilities. A lot of last minute works, decisions and changes. Very vague future blueprint of progression in terms of company, products and career prospect.

      - Very little drama behind the scenes, everyones super chill to work with

      Cons

      - there's usually miscommunication between different offices due to timezones + language barriers, but its minimal and east to work through for most people
