      I have worked at Ware Malcomb for over 5 years and have learned an extraordinary amount of knowledge towards my IT career. Ware Malcomb is constantly changing and is willing to invest into newer technologies to adapt to these changes which I feel is necessary when dealing with the IT industry of today. Other pros include: - Good compensation - No micromanagement - Great culture - Professional work environment - Good management team - Hard work is appreciated
