Pros
There really are no pros. In theory, there was flextime, but if you used it, it was used against you or you were talked about poorly.
Cons
The company is owned and run by a very young man who has little life or business experience, although to hear him talk, he does. He tries to make the company a very "Googleisk" type of experience. They are a far cry from Google. There is no money. When you are trying to rob Peter every month to pay Paul and having to borrow money to make payroll, things aren't going well. Yet, the owner has multiple apartments and a home in Bali, Always looking out for number 1. Employees are dispensable and replaceable. And witnessed many times that employees were treated very poorly by the owner. I have witnessed the owner and CEO have child-like temper tantrums when he doesn't like what is going on or he doesn't get his way. The pay is extremely poor, especially for management and director level positions. Employees are either left in the dark about what is going on in the company or they are given WAY TOO MUCH information.
