If you’re considering working at WanBridge, I highly recommend reading the current reviews, they are spot on. This company is deeply unprofessional, with a toxic culture led by HR acting more like a warden than a support system, and a CEO who refuses to listen or learn from industry professionals.
The owner believes he knows everything about property management, yet he is the root of the company’s operational failures. He often misleads clients, behaves unethically, yells at staff, and routinely talks down to women. The level of micromanagement is suffocating, and the lack of trust in team members is apparent.
Turnover is extremely high, which should be a major red flag. Leadership blames everyone but themselves for ongoing issues. They brought someone in to grow the business, but unfortunately, she lacks the knowledge and never visible.
WanBridge could be a great company with the right leadership, but as it stands, it’s a revolving door of burned out professionals who are not respected or supported. Proceed with caution.
