8yFirst of all, we are thankful for the feedback. We take all feedback seriously and encourage employees to meet with their managers, their manager's manager, up to and including the CEO, who is more than willing to meet with any employee. There is nothing we want more than for our employees to advance in their careers and to be happy. Our culture is unique and for that we don't apologize. We also recognize it's not for everyone, so we work very hard in the interviewing process to explain it to candidates so they can make an informed choice. Having said this, we recognize there are many areas we can improve in and the "micro-managing" is an area that we have identified as one that we are currently hard at work on.
