There will always be aspects of growth, no matter what team you are part of. I believe most of the areas for improvement for Walters stem from the fact that we are rapidly growing. We are frequently adapting to new needs and evaluating new ways to approach those needs. Any areas for improvement are not due to a lack of attention or care from executives or leadership, but simply a big evolution of a growing company.
You also have to recognize that as a hospitality industry, much of our work is done over the weekends. So come into this expecting to have a slightly unique work schedule. Not a con, but just something that needs awareness.
