Pros
The company has a very family owned feel to it while also having some of the perks of a larger corporate company. The best of both worlds in many cases. They really value growth as a whole and I have noticed that there are many opportunities for individual growth within the company! If you are doing a good job, you will be recognized!
Cons
Since I work in a "satelite" region, and not the area that the company originated in. We are still in a bit of a "figuring things out stage." This is not a huge con. Especially since the growth of the company is such a pro. But, I do notice some discrepancies between regions from time to time
